The dining room seats 6 and opens to a charming patio with an additional outdoor dining area under festoon lights. Perfect for meals or evening drinks. The well-equipped kitchen features a large Smeg oven, ideal for home-cooked meals. There is no dishwasher, inviting a little old-fashioned washing-up fun! Out the back the original mudroom/lean-to houses the laundry and separate toilet.
A hop, skip and a jump from Beechworth’s main street. The cottage is close to historic pubs, hip cafés and boutique shops. A short, scenic path makes walking into town easy and the rail trail is just one block away for a short or long cycle for the more adventurous. Off street parking is available, with plenty of free on-street parking for extra vehicles.
