The cottage is named after Fanny Phillips, a suffragette who once lived here with her husband Charles. More of their inspiring story is shared inside.

Kitchen amenities include a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, single hot plate and a coffee machine.

Please note: Due to the age and heritage overlay of the cottage, there are internal steps and a low doorway, making it unsuitable for guests with accessibility needs.

Parking

There is parking directly in front of our property which is literally a few steps to the front door.

These are 2 hour timed but our parking officer only works one day a week. He marks tyres at around 11am and comes back around 1pm anyway. Your car is fine for overnight stays . If you plan to not move your car for longer stays there are unrestricted parking spots just 50 metres up the road in Camp and Loch Streets.

For weekend stays these parking spaces are not timed at all.

Cancellation

Payments refundable when cancelled 5 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled after.

Booking fee is non refundable.

Security Deposit

A pre-authorization amount is due 1 days before arrival and released 5 days after departure

Terms & Condition

No parties or weddings without consultation with the managers. Noise to be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 9am. This property is in a built up area so consideration for neighbours is mandatory.
