Allen Street is a three bedroom historic cottage, conveniently located across from the scenic rail trail. Perfect for the whole family, including the furry ones. Our cottage's prime location allows you to explore Beechworth's attractions with ease. Take a short stroll to Lake Sambell or the town centre where you can enjoy the cafes, restaurants, wine bars and a bit of shopping.

This private, fully self-contained accommodation includes one queen size and two double beds, all with electric blankets. A separate dining area, separate lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen & laundry. Wi-Fi & Netflix available. Onsite car parking (including an EV charger) along with a large fully fenced yard for your fur babies to explore. Winter warmth is via ducted heating. And ducted cooling for the warmer months of summer. All linen is provided. Book your stay now and experience the best of Beechworth for you and your family, furry friends included.

No parties or weddings without consultation with the managers. Noise to be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 9am. This property is in a built up area so consideration for neighbours is mandatory. No smoking allowed.

What a find!! We had the most amazing stay with the 4 legged kids and simply couldn't fault this very cute cottage. The location is amazing, the fenced / enclosed garden was a huge hit with said 4 legged kids, the kitchen is better equipped than my own, and the heating kept us all super cosy. Loved it and will definitely be back!!

Thankyou for a lovely place to stay. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was great to be able to have the dogs with us and there were plenty of good walks to do. The house is close to town and attractions. A lovely stay.

Jen & Jess were extremely communicative. The photos from this place don’t do it justice! The house and yards are so big and it oozes with character. The heating was fantastic & kitchen has so much equipment for a good cook up. Such a short walk to the center of town & it’s lovely and quiet. Look forward to visiting again.
