The Banks is a charming, luxury escape just metres from Lake Sambell for swimming, bike trails and hikes. The house has spectacular gardens and is set on a picturesque pond with bird life, flora and fauna and an exceptionally beautiful outlook. Special touches and additions make it perfect all year round for families, couples or a quiet retreat with your closest friends.
The house has the highest standards and finish with quality flooring and beautiful modern furnishings, all making it a truly luxury stay, exceeding the quality of most other homes in Beechworth. It’s just short walk to town around the picturesque lake.

The house can accommodate 10 people, in up to 9 individual beds. Bedrooms are
configured as follows:
Bedroom 1: King bed with walk in robe and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: King bed with the option to split into two long single beds with built-in-robe
Bedroom 3: King bed, with the option to split into two long single beds with built-in-robe
Bedroom 4: Four single beds (two bunks, one with 2 x single beds and one with 2 x king
single beds) with smart television and games.

The house offers 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms with showers.

The house is perfectly set up for relaxation and leisure with:

  • Double garage, with bike racks, bike repair equipment and plenty of secure
    storage.
  • Outdoor firepit
  • Quality kitchenware and kitchen with Caesar stone tops, quality knives,
    electric range oven and gas cooktop.
  • A desk and quiet working space is provided with internet.
  • Laundry accessed via the garage and garden, with Miele appliances
  • Gas wood styled heater
  • Triple French doors.
  • Parking on site for up to 4 cars
  • Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for total comfort in summer and
    winter.
  • Two televisions, Xbox, books, games and puzzles. Recreational equipment
    for use at Lake Sambell and the house.
  • Outdoor seating
  • A travel cot is available. Two highchairs are also provided (baby and
    toddler highchairs)

Guests will have the use of the three courtyard areas at the rear and side of the property, the double garage and the full run of the house. A short walk away all the bike paths, hiking trails, and Lake Sambell amenities can be found. Guests should be aware there is a beautiful small pond at the front of the house. Children must be carefully supervised at all times. This is a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac and noise must be kept to a minimum outside.

Payments refundable when cancelled 5 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled after.

Booking fee is non refundable.

A pre-authorisation amount of $500 is due 1 days before arrival and released 5 days after departure.

Terms & Condition

Absolutely no parties or weddings without consultation with the managers. Noise to be restricted between 9pm and 8am. This property is located in a residential area and consideration for neighbours is mandatory.
